    Hello, I´ve heard somewhere that "white chocolate" isn´t really chocolate because one of the main ingredients in the recipe is missing. Is that true ?

    White chocolate contains no cocoa solid, only cocoa butter (at least 20%) with milk and sugar, sometimes mixed with other vegetable oils.
    Any other type of chocolate contains all parts of the cocoa bean (the darkest kinds have almost no other ingredients).

    I guess that's why we had so much trouble with weikbnz yesterday & today. Can't even get logged in. All we get is a page of weikbnz ads. The new things are great, but there's always too many problems. Please work out the bugs first.
