Power must kiss Intelligence.From a Sovereign Global Reserve, mass must be negatived into abstract divisible units of virtual money. With the Ultimate Value in Masterpieces kept constant in form, liquidated value for legal tender will be drawn 'new every morning.'

   That way 'checked' and 'limited' supply of storage value cannot be counterfeited, while daily medium of exchange is 'electronically transmitted designs' that though change daily the recognised values which they seek to protect stay constant and unchanged.

   'International Trade' will follow trends set by the richest nations, yet 'Balance of Trade' tokens MUST consist of vital forms of unit artifacts from the poorest cultures in every determined unit value.

   No end lurks ahead in gloom without change. A Rod resists.

   You will MISS? Impossible you are like a dragon behind the monster background and those poor Anchors Maggie, Susan, Adrian, Weatherman etc. are trembling to your profitable moments....some are screaming like the seawolves in the woods for "EXIT ROADS". Your body language is somewhat we like those of Conan the Barbarian.....is G7 to implement BARTER EXCHANGE to replace DOLLAR? GCC is already in the planning stage to alter dollar for the drop of Oil.
