   Hello CNN

   We have made another film about the IBA project in Wilhelmsburg.

   Some important facts are missing in your video:

   1.
   Living in this area becomes more expensive, because of the IBA and the International Gardenshow (IGS) in 2013. They exchange the pure
   population against the rich.

   2.
   There have been protests by citizens against the gentrification and the destruction of the forests and protected nature-areas in Wilhelmsburg.

   You should watch our documentation "Wilhelmsburg – wat nu?"
   with statements of citizens and the responsibles.

   There is a different view to the "point of no return".
