   Richard,
   I believe the SHARED NORM has got to be "communication" that have been created by the World Wide Web, a global information hightway. I play poker on-line with others located in every corner of the world, I mean every corner. I can communicate with any of them through the chat feature, its amazing.
   The "new reality" is we are fast becoming one World that has one Economy (I purchase long distance phone time from sates people all over the world.), with one Standard of Humanity (freedom for all) ,and very soon it will become clear that there is and always has been only one God.
