   It´s true that we are doing actions in the city for better quality of air, ALAS, Ebrard our governor is doing all the movements as an investment for the 2012 presidential race, thus disrupting abbruptedly the traffic and elevating pollutants to such quantities that he already has placed a top level for the institute that controlls IMECA (air quality levels in Mexico) this was done as a measure for the COP 16 and other politically correct meetings in Mexico

   I recommend styinag in the French Quarter (Vieux Carre ) if you can. There is a very wide range of selections available, from moderate guest houses to very exclusive boutique hotels. Search Yahoo Travel and Travelocity for ideas and also check the hotel websitesThe Best hotel in New Orleans is supposedly the Windsor Court. Some others are the Monteleone, Royal Sonesta, Le Paillion, Ritz Carlton, and the Omni Royal Orleans.However, there are MANY hotels in downtown New Orleans and your choce mainly depends on how much you want to spend.
