The issue of kigali is sad to be mentioned.
My first trip to Rwanda was an eye-opener! I had wrapped my bag in plastic at my airport of depature and when I arrived in Kigali just after baggage claim a curteous youngman approached me and informed me that I could not leave the terminal with plastic! It was not allowed to bring plastic into the city!! He removed it for me and placed it in a recycle bin!!! The city is clean!!
Currently on my first trip to Rwanda, Kigali is clean , Musanze is spotless! I have been to many african cities Rwanda has the cleanest cities by far
