For uprighting the shipwreck Costa, why can't you just place large balloons after water is piped out of the holes and naturally have it buoyed up on the side that is under water? Wouldn't that minimize the strain and the possibility of further damage to the boughs?

WHAT WOULD THE SLAVE CHILDREN IN THE IVORY COAST AND GHANA DO IF THERE WERE NO COCOA PLANTATIONS? DO THEY HAVE AN ADEQUATE SCHOOL SYSTEM WHERE THEY CAN LEARN ALTERNATIVE SKILLS? I THINK NOT. AT LEAST THEY ARE BEING USED TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY OF THEIR COUNTRY AND THEN PERHAPS THE UN OR SIMILAR ORGANISATION COULD LEGISLATE IN FAVOUR OF FAIR AND GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT FINANCED BY THE PLANTATIONS
