(CNN) – Facebook’s purchase of Instagram hasn’t closed yet, but a cottage industry of online companies is seeking success on the back of Instagram’s popularity. Websites and apps are creating new business models, technology and choices for printing the pictures you take on your mobile phone. LA-based Instacanvas says it just raised $1.7 million in seed financing. Their website allows you to upload your Instagram photos and print on canvases or acrylic photo glass. Printing costs between $39 and $79, depending on size. And you could even make some money: Instacanvas allows you to sell your photos to other users. Foap is a Swedish company with a business model that could give stock image companies a run for their money and create a marketplace for Instagram pros. Their free iPhone app allows anyone to upload pictures, which Foap sells for $10 and gives half the cash to the photographer. Each image sold earns the shooter $5. Foap accepts photos that have been enhanced for brightness and contrast, for example, but don’t accept photos with a heavy filter “like vintage filters and the ones that changes the photo too much,” the company says on their web site. |

March 20, 2012 at 7:43 pmLogically God cannot exist. Otherwise God is secbujt to all the laws of existence; otherwise there are no such laws.So by definition God is not. Conclusion: God cannot exist: atheism is logically God’s religion. If we could hear Jesus without the scriptural static, we’d discover his atheism and so celebrate Mind’s Reason rather than its brain-based division.maikel annaghlee says: April 10, 2012 at 1:52 pm Damian,What a wonderful reply! For Lewis Carroll is one of my favourite avatars.Firstly you write: “If that’s logic, I think we’re all in ‘Wonderland’… ”Naturally we are, if we are as illogical as to think that God is secbujt to the laws of existence and is so anthropomorphic as to have to ‘believe in ‘himself'. That’s why God is logically an atheist: he/she/it/they does not exist as we understand existence and its laws. Otherwise we do live in a fantasy world of ‘wonderland’ or ‘through the looking glass’ As for Jesus, he doesn’t believe in the Hebrew God either. This is why he is The One to restore us to the Trurh. This is what the Scriptures told him and I agree and so do Andy and Larry [neo Lana] Wachowski. Lewis Carroll’s world was not coded red or blue like the Matrix but the distortion of Reality was just as effective as is our anthropomorphic God.
